Eye skin needs help!

Daphne needs a good eye cream recommendation.

Why?

Because her eyelids and under eyes skin are starting to feel itchy and sometimes, minor peeling can be seen! *gasp*
Therefore, she will be eternally grateful if one could recommend her a super moisturizing eye cream! Anti-aging would be great too!
