Miri - Sibu Trip 2008 [day 4-END]

Okay~ I realised I just GOTTA sum up the Miri-Sibu trip if not I'll never start blogging about anything else~ or even bother to look for anything else to blog about.. HAHAHA~

So, the last place, Sibu is an Fingly BORING place! Do not stay there more than 2 days I WARN YOU!

The only fun things we had there were alcohol and food.

Got to try Parliament, some kinda Russian Vodka, which was mandarin(orange) flavoured, thanks to Debbie (Hou Kee's fren/ schoolmate from Russia). =D
So, spent one night drinking at a "pub" called 3R I think. There was an upstairs and a downstairs. Downstairs felt like more of a karaoke lounge but semi disco kinda place and the upstairs was like totally a chillout place (like Mojo before it started to get as packed as it has recently been) with soothing music and songs which were in MANDARIN! Yeah~ Chinese kinda mandarin!~
Felt pretty strange cos usually, my impressions of bars would be like playing English R&B/Hip hop/Trance music but that place played Chinese songs! *shrugs* maybe Sibu's all dominated by Chinese. But that place was not bad.. =)

ANd then nearing the last day, nights were getting better. XD

Booze for a night before the last night:

JUNE does not want to be the one caught buying it all.. so, every NO ONE TELL every ANY ONE that JUNE was INVOLVED okay??~ =D

Homer the greatest! XD~
"TO ALCOHOL-- The cause of-and solution to-all of life's problems"

The last night before we left, we were damn bored, playing big 2 in the room sulking and stuffs.. then nearing 12.30am, we could take it no more, Daph we needed alcohol! lol~
So, we decided to head to town to grab some beers. Wanted to use Aunt's Perdana but was too scared to do so as I did not get permission and the engine might wake her.. so, we decided to.. WALK =.="

Took us like 10 minutes to walk to town, half way, it down poured! Crap! trapped in the rain at 1am on a long stretch of lonely road where only a few cars passed by every 10 minutes.. T.T

We took shelter at a bus stop nearby.. We sat at the bus stop drenched, cold and feeling miserable. It was then that I regretted so badly to not have stolen Aunt's car. HAha..

So there we were, at a bus stop, at 1am, Opposite us was a Muslim graveyard. Use ur imagination. I could not describe what we all were feeling. Hhahaa.. So lucky no one in white walked over to us at that time to ask for directions. *Shivers*

Anyway, after a few minutes, the rain slowed down, we decided to get outta the shade and continue out stupid mission. In the end, after searching the late streets of Sibu, we found a Chinese coffee shop which was still opened. We grabbed 10 cans of beer and headed home. It was almost 2am.

Wonderfull night!

We enjoyed 2-3 cans of beer, card games, and a fun misadventure to tell about the Sibu trip. XD
