But it's grand dad's birthday actually. Today, on 4th Oct. ^^ This grand dad is mum's side one.
Today is also the 1st time I tried Pek King Duck. whatever it is.. That's how my daddy called it. >_<.
The duck skin is rolled with a stick of cucumber and spring onion(i think) in some kinda 'skin' made of flour. Oh, and we must add the roast sauce into it.
And the outcome?.. DELICIOUS!!! had 3! =P

The cake was huge! around 2kg i guess..

heard that their cakes were gud but I actually never went there to try them untill today. =D
My uncles seemed to love it.. But fer me.. well.. it was fresh, had a unique taste and texture.. but.. tasted all right I guess.. thought it was a bit sweet.. Maybe it's just not my flavour.. hehe..
Later, we had a family photo outside the restaurant (which is with my cousin now). And we headed home.
Miss this side of my family lots. They're full of life and.. erm.. everything... Best of all, they talk in Heng hua.. A dialect that is so familiar to me but am so rarely able to hear nowadays. *sigh*
